Terms of Service

⚠️ DRAFT scaffold — must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch (GAP-LEGAL-*).

Required sections to complete (go-live blockers):

  • Minimum age: you must be at least 16 (or 13 with appropriate basis); not directed to children. (GAP-LEGAL-02)
  • Acceptable Use Policy: link + prohibited content (illegal, CSAM, infringing). (GAP-TS-01)
  • Credits & payments: 1 credit = 1 minute; credits never expire; no subscription; taxes at checkout via Dodo (Merchant of Record). (GAP-LEGAL-01)
  • Refunds & EU withdrawal: see /refund; digital-content waiver captured at checkout. (GAP-LEGAL-04)
  • DMCA / IP: see /dmca; repeat-infringer termination. (GAP-TS-02)
  • Account termination, disclaimers, liability, governing law, changes-to-terms (with versioned re-consent). (GAP-LEGAL-03)
